The AM4024/AM4024E is a powerful single-width AdvancedMC™ processor module, designed around the new 4th Generation Intel® Core™ processor mobile platform. With up to quad-core performance the AMC module offers the ultimate in computing power and integrated graphics when utilized in MicroTCA™ and AdvancedTCA® integrated platforms.

The AM4024/AM4024E perfectly serves the network requirements for media server and gateway applications, as well as test and measurement solutions. By making use of Intel Media SDK, the module also offers a faster go-to-market strategy for the mobile and broadband content delivery segment in the development of media processing and optimization applications.

The Kontron AM4024-AM4024e AdvancedMC™ processor modules are available now and support multiple Intel® Core™ processor SKUs. Software support includes RedHat Fedora, RedHat Enterprise 6.x, Windows7 64bit, Windows 2008 Server R2, WindRiver Linux PNE 5.x, and VxWorks 6.9.3.x or later.
