Introduction

The Scorpion GPS interface box overcomes the problems of interfacing Trimble GPS receivers to standard computers. The compact bulkhead mounting enclosure enables use in mobile and harsh environments. The scorpion will continue to work from a wide DC voltage range of 8 to 32V DC and can be connected to AC power with the use of a simple adapter.

The unit uses the Trimble's Lassen™ SK II channel GPS receiver. The unit is low powered with a consumption of 0.75W and can work off of 8 to 40V DC or 90 to 240V AC. Connects to any PC via serial port .
