The DC15 panel PC is a rugged, fanless and maintenance-free human-machine interface (HMI) for interactive railway applications. It is available as a panel-mount or a top-mount version, is equipped with a 10.4" XGA TFT LCD display, and can be supplied either with 32 illuminated front keys, or optionally, with a projective capacitive touch screen.
The DC15 can also be provided with optical bonding to increase resistance to weather, and the display features high illumination intensity which ensures good readability, even when exposed to sunlight. It also features a buzzer for alarm purposes, as well as LEDs and a light sensor on the front panel.
The DC15 is controlled by an AMD Embedded G-Series T48N dual-core processor running at 1.4 GHz, and comes with 2 GB DDR3 RAM, a microSD™ card slot and a 4 GB mSATA disk. Standard communication interfaces include two Fast Ethernet, one USB, one CAN, one audio, one GPIO, and one serial, which are all available on M12 connectors at the back of the panel PC.
