History

Quatech was founded in 1983 by engineering professors who believed in meticulously designed and manufactured products that worked as advertised. In February 2006, DPAC Technologies (OTCBB: DPAC.OB) and Quatech, Inc. completed a merger to combine strengths and provide one of the industry’s most complete lines of device networking and connectivity solutions. DPAC is a pioneer in developing embedded wireless device networking for machine-to-machine communication. QuaTech, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPAC Technologies, Inc. The combined company goes to market as Quatech.
