Introduction

Runcore's InVincible III 2.5" SATA interface solid-state drive adopts advanced SSD controller and NAND Flash chip, which is compatible with SATA2.0 protocol and support PIO-4, MWDMA-2 and UDMA-5 transfer rate. The product supports mainstream OS, such as Windows\Linux\Unix\ Solaris\Vxworks, and is available with the storage capacities ranging from 8GB to 256GB (SLC support to 128GB) and are ideal for use in medical, automotive, aerospace and other industrial applications operated under complex environment.

The drives are available in three different temperature specifications:

  • Extended Temperature -40°C to 85°C
  • Super Wide Temperature -45 °C to 95°C
  • Military Temperature -55 °C to 125°C
