This section contains details on the our range of 2.5" solid state IDE flash drives from Memtech/STEC & Mtron.

ROHS - If green, module is (or will be very soon) ROHS compliant
ROHS- If orange, module is not ROHS compliant at present, maybe ROHS compliant in future
ROHS - If red, module will never be ROHS compliant

STEC Mach8 ROHS 1.8/2.5/3.5" IDE/SATA Flash Drive, upto 512GB in size - lower cost/higher performance
Mtron MOBI 3000 PATA ROHS 1.8/2.5/3.5" IDE Flash Drives, 110MB/sec read speed, 90MB/sec write speed
Mtron PRO 7000 PATA ROHS 2.5/3.5" IDE Flash Drives, 130MB/sec read speed, 120MB/sec write speed
