Swissbit is the largest independent DRAM module and Flash storage manufacturer in Europe and is a global leader in technology supplying High Quality Memory solutions to the Industrial, Embedded, Telecommunications, Military, Automotive, and Aerospace markets. Swissbit was created from a management buy-out from Siemens Memory Products in 2001 and has over 17 years of combined knowledge and experience in the memory industry. Quality

Swissbit values the continuous improvement of product quality and reliability.  One way we accomplish this is by having a defined set of policies, processes, and procedures in place internally on all levels.  In turn, this ensures that Swissbit products and after-sales support continue to remain their top priority.  Swissbit also extends its commitment to quality and reliability into the environmental realm as well.  All Swissbit DRAM modules and Flash storage devices are RoHS compliant.   

Swissbit provides the maximum possible reliability at all times with a sophisticated Quality Management System (QMS).

• The materials used meet the EU Guidelines and are RoHS compliant
• The compatibility and quality of materials, tools, and semi-finished products is subject to a highly stringent incoming goods inspection

Swissbit’s ISO 9001:2000 certificate was renewed January 1, 2008 and is valid until January 1, 2011.  The scope of the conformity assessment includes Swissbit’s memory business, including the development, manufacture, and sales of information technology products as well as the development and production of customized microelectronic systems solutions.  The conformity assessment of Swissbit’s Sales group includes the sales of information technology products and products of customized electronic systems solutions.
