IntroductionThe Advme1209 is a 64-point digital input VME board. The 64-point input is divided between eight input channels with a common for every eight points. Each input channel has an independent common for input of digital signals using different power supplies. The board uses a high speed photo-coupler for fast input. It can be used as an upwardly-compatible replacement for Advme1209 (obsolete). The photo-coupler isolation is between input channels and between input channel and VME bus. Interrupt can be issued to one of the VME interrupt request lines *IRQ1 to *IRQ7. There is a switch on the panel to select and display on monitor for every 8 inputs. Lastly, a device driver for VxWorks (option) and sample program is available. |
