Introduction

The Advme7505 is a VME bus compatible CPU board with IBM PowerPC750 500MHz or Motorola PowerPC7410 400MHz. The processor has a 1MByte cache memory for high performance computing. The board has a VME Bus Master/Slave function with GT64260 system controller. Onboard peripherals include 10/100Base-T Ethernet port, two-channel serial port, two 64-bit bus PMC slots and CompactFlash socket to store application programs and data files.

The board can take upto 512MBytes of SDRAM with ECC correction. The board has an Advanet original PCI-VME bus bridge enabling access from VME bus to use the main memory as a share memory. An optional VxWorks BSP and boot ROM is available.
