Aitech C111 - PowerPC T4 QorIQ 6U VME SBC

Up to 4 GB (ECC) DDR3 RAM, 2 XMC/PMC Slots, Quad Gigabit Ethernet


The C111 is Aitech's new generation VME PowerPC SBC, based on Freescale's new T4 Series QorIQ System-on-Chip (SoC) multi-core, multi-thread processors, with on-chip high speed L1 and L2 caches, and numerous integrated bus, memory, and I/O controllers.

C111 memory resources include large and fast DDR3 SDRAM, NOR Flash for firmware, user application, and data storage, MRAM for user/application specific parameter storage, and a high-density NAND Flashdisk for mass storage.

Integrated on-board I/O resources include Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0 ports, MIL-STD-1553, SATA 2.0, serial ports, and general-purpose discrete I/O channels.

The C111 is VME64x compliant per VITA 1, and supports VME advanced protocols such as 2eSST and 2eVME while maintaining full compliance with legacy VME operation.

To complement its extensive capabilities and provide extended resources and flexibility, the C111 is equipped with two industry standard PMC/XMC slots.

The C111 mechanical and electrical design guarantees its operation over the full range of rugged application environments.
